Video Game Backup Software

Video game backup software packages help you backup video games in CDs and DVDs. Video game backup software is mostly used in personal computers. These software packages require small storage capacity as compared to others. Many video game backup programs provide such high-quality copies that you do not see any difference between an original and a copy.

Video game backup software enables you to copy a variety of video games such as Xbox, Playstation, PSP, PSX, PS2, and Dreamcast. The important thing about software that copies or backs up video games is their speed: some take hours to copy a DVD, but some others take less than forty-five minutes. Most video game backup software companies offer online services with good discounts on prices. Many video game backup software dealers provide free trails, which enable you to select the program that suits you best. Some versions allow you to copy one or two DVDs using their software before you buy them. Installing and working instructions are generally provided with the software.

It is normally impossible to produce a copy of your backup CD. This is because most video game backup programs contain an encryption that is that does not permit copying. When you copy the software, this part of the code is not copied.

When you run your backup video game, sometimes you have to modify your settings. Sometimes you will have to install a mod chip. Some video game backup software packages provide mod chips with their software and some others provide advanced software that does not necessitate the installation of any mod chip.

The most important advantage of video game backup software packages is that you don’t have to pay hundreds of dollars in replacing lost or damaged game discs. When you use video game backup software, you should be aware of laws concerning pirated software. For a legal backup of a game disc, you have to own an original game CD, and the created backup must be for your private use only. Many game CDs are protected from copying.

Why does it seem that video games are getting stupider every new generation council?

Is it just me or are games are getting dumber every new generation council. Every time a game company makes a game they never make it as satifying as you thought it be.
I’m not refering to the game councils, I’m refering to the games made for the council. Every time I buy a game it gets stupid within about a week. I start to notice a lot of things in the game thats just super stupid. The last game I can remeber I had a lot of fun with and didn’t get bored quick was “Phantasy Star Online for gamecube/dreamcast. It seems as if video games are getting worse every year. Like if the companies are just making any stupid game to trick people to buy them. Is it just me or do ya’ll notice the same thing?
It’s like if the game companies aren’t using their full potential making their video games.

It’s not so much that games simply get worse. As you grow older, your taste in games changes and you becoming increasingly more aware of whats really high quality and whats a “cash-in game.”

The tactics game companies use today are nothing new. It’s been done since the heyday of the Atari 2600. It was, in fact, even worse then because Atari Corp. had no Quality Assurance Department to speak of. Anyone could release as many games as they wanted and they didn’t have to be all passable. Hell, there were even games that were manufactured that didn’t WORK right out of the box. This is one of the major factors that invoked the Great Video Game Crash of 1983-84.

Even once Nintendo built their monopoly in the mid-80s and personally screened every title they allowed to come through the pipeline, a lot of really horrible “cash-in games” made it out. Even Nintendo, as acclaimed as they are in this day from all of their great past exploits, is guilty of this. They got a percentage of every third-party game sold. If that third-party game was a popular movie-licensed title regardless of the over quality, you better believe they’d say “yes.” And this continued with every major game company that has come and gone through the 16-bit, 32-bit, and 64/128-bit generation up to now.

It’s important to understand that it is after all a business. Theres a good chance that if you were in that executive’s position and had to choose whether or not this crappy movie-licensed game would go into production, you’d do it too because you’d cash in from the product’s name recognition alone.
